Three Aboriginal children with FASD removed from non-Aboriginal foster care to facilitate access to culture and relatives – children were anxious about interactions with birth parents and family, foster family may have contributed to anxiety – children unilaterally removed but this had significant effects on wellbeing – ordered back to foster family with requirement that family take cultural orientation training and work with Aboriginal community.
